Existing sound base with worn surface — overlay with fresh tarmac. Fastest route to "looks like new". Typical 3–10 days, often phased overnight.
Patch & line-mark refresh
Budget option for tired-but-not-failed car parks. Localised patches where needed, full new lines in thermoplastic. 1–3 days.
SUDS-compliant overhauls
New builds and refurbishments increasingly require SUDS compliance. Permeable block paving, attenuation tanks beneath the surface, engineered drainage.
Line-marking only
Re-marking existing surfaces in thermoplastic (road-grade, 5+ year life). Bays, arrows, hatching, disabled parking, EV charge bays, visitor markings. 1 day for most sites.

- Resurfacing (tarmac overlay): £28–£45/m² depending on site size
- Full new tarmac (with base): £55–£85/m²
- Concrete commercial spec: £85–£130/m²
- Line marking (thermoplastic): £8–£15 per bay
- Night work premium: +15–25% on rates above
